Hello Folks!!! This is day 12 of construction (but who’s really counting) and we just want to give you some updated pics. Many of you have never seen our subterranean prep kitchen, but now you can. Ever wonder what lies beneath the main bar, dining room and porter room??? Well, we have a bakery, refrigerators, freezers and tables where we prepare everything from breads to meatloaf. Don, our resident baker and golf aficionado, never lets cameras into his bakery, but he wasn’t around yesterday. Check these out!!! The hole you see is going to connect the existing building to the new; the holes in the floor are for steel footers which will hold up the building.
Looks like its coming along great. Can’t wait to see it finished. Always love that place when I’m in the area. Been going there for many, many years.

Are you replanting the patio? I loved the vibe out there–eating and drinking under the big pines with all the flowers and plants among the tables?
